Client (s):  Refer to the individual(s) who has paid for and/or participate in the lesson. 

Photographer (s): Refer to the individual(s) who is teaching the lesson. 

Common weather concerns such as wind, light rain or snow, minor changes in temperature, or cloudy skies, while may be less desirable, rarely result in a cancellation of the session.  If upon Photgrapher's (Cherise Arcand) discretion, the weather is deemed to significantly impact the learning session, it may be rescheduled or refunded with no penalty. 

Photographer and Client each own full rights of all images that they, themelves, have taken. 

Any additional fees (i.e. requesting additional session time) will be discussed in advance and will apply at the rate of 75$/hr.  Any specific requests or changes made by Client (s) that would incur fees for Photographer, are to be paid or reimbursed by Client. 

Client(s) will be responsible for their own actions  and release Photographer(s) from any claims against their person or their business
