Payment is due in order to secure the session date and preferred time.   The session fee is generally not refundable, except in extenuating circumstances.   Cherise reserves this date and time specifically for the Client, especially when travel time is involved.  Please contact Cherise as soon as possible if an emergency prevents your attendance.
